  Up on the mainland, the taste of the chicken from here reminds me of keawe smoked huli huli chicken minus the worry of ecoli or staph contamination... Healthy choice!

  Every time I come here, there's something wrong.  I've brought it up to corporate, and they said they would communicate the problems to the managers, but nothing seems to happen.  Corporate only ends up giving me coupons.
  
  The kitchen is right behind the cashiers so the cashiers can't hear you nor can you hear the cashiers.  The whole place is tile so there is tons of echo.
  
  Orders are shorted chicken (ordered 10 piece, only received 8 pieces) and sides (ordered 10 tortillas, only got 8 tortillas).
  
  Cashiers are not in sync with management.  Cashier verbally said I could have an extra bag of small chips for free because meals cannot upgrade chips but management said no, it would be an extra charge.  For some reason, you can upgrade drinks.
  
  Would randomly receive free guacamole.  Why?  I didn't order it but didn't notice it until I get home.
  
  Salsas are almost always out and you have to ask someone to refill.  Why cannot they monitor the salsa bar and refill before they run out?
  
  The chicken is good, though, lots of flavor, so that's why this review receives 2 stars.  But the pieces are on the smallish side.  I only go here when I can use a coupon otherwise it's too expensive.

  someone needs to go to school and learn how to cut up a chicken
  find the joints, and cut them not whack them with a cleaver.
  sharp edges and bone fragments do not make eating fun.

  I've been wanting to try this place out for a while finally found the right opportunity to come down and eat here with my wife and daughter and as far as appearance gose the place looks nice and clean
  as far as the food goes the salsas are horrible have no flavor the burritos are not good the chicken itself is pretty good but that is about it this place is very overpriced for what it is I'd rather go to KFC
  The macaroni and cheese is horrible basically the only thing good about this place is coke i ordered
  I would give it a negative star if I could

  First of all. They stopped serving shrimp, WHEN did that happen. Then fast forward to today. I asked for a chicken and avocado burrito with NO salt on the chicken. So the kid didn't understand anything I was asking for, so I said forget the chicken because the marinade has salt, and add rice.....where's the rice I asked for???? WTH. I never give a low Yelp score but this place deserves it. And on top of that the salsa is all HOT. Tone it down people,  I like hot, just not  lethal.
  Dont think I'll be back unless they bring back shrimp and offer low sodium alternatives
